Access Consciousness Bars (often just called “the Bars”) is a holistic healing technique that works with gentle touch on 32 points on the head. These points are said to store the electromagnetic components of all the thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and patterns we accumulate throughout life. When lightly touched, they are believed to help release stagnant energy, dissolve limiting thought patterns, and create space for greater clarity, ease, and awareness. The process is often compared to “defragmenting a computer”—clearing away the clutter so the mind and body can function more freely. What a session feels like: You lie down fully clothed on a massage table. The practitioner gently touches specific points on your head in different sequences.
