Booking Etiquette
Executive Curve – Booking Etiquette & Guest Guidelines
At Executive Curve, we take pride in creating refined experiences where healing, elegance, and discretion meet. To ensure the highest standards for all our guests and therapists, we kindly ask that you observe the following etiquette and guidelines:
Booking Etiquette
Advance Reservations: Please secure your booking in advance to allow us to prepare your bespoke experience.
Deposits: A 30% deposit confirms your reservation. The balance (70%) is due in cash upon arrival, unless you prefer to settle the full amount by EFT prior to your visit.
Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed once payment reflects and you receive written confirmation from Executive Curve.
Communication: Please be clear and respectful in your communication when arranging your booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
24-Hour Policy: Cancellations within 24 hours of your booking will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Rescheduling: With sufficient notice, we will gladly reschedule your booking subject to availability.
Guest Conduct
Respect: Our therapists and hosts are professionals. We kindly request that you treat them with the same courtesy you would expect in return.
Boundaries: Executive Curve experiences are conducted with respect, elegance, and dignity. Any form of misconduct, harassment, or disrespect will not be tolerated.
Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your scheduled experience to enjoy the full benefit of your session.
Rules & Regulations
Confidentiality: Your privacy is of utmost importance. All client details and interactions remain strictly confidential.
Substance Policy: For safety reasons, guests under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol will not be accommodated.
No Photography or Recording: To preserve discretion and the comfort of our therapists, photography and recording are strictly prohibited during experiences.
Right of Refusal: Executive Curve reserves the right to decline or end an appointment if conduct falls outside of our professional standards.
